The best way to complete your giving via PayPal is by using a PayPal account. Creating a PayPal account is free and very easy to do (see step-by-step instructions here).
Within your PayPal account, you can add different payment methods (learn more). Each time you check out your giving, you can opt for a different payment method within your PayPal account – whether it's PayPal balance, a bank account, or your credit/debit card.
If you prefer not to create a PayPal account, you can also choose to Check Out As Guest and then key in your credit/debit card details by following the on-screen instructions. As your card details are not saved in PayPal nor the B1G1 platform, you will have to enter the details each time you make a giving.
Troubleshooting: if the PayPal transaction does not go through
If you are unable to check out your giving, one of the reasons is because PayPal is rejecting your payment method. In such cases, please use another payment method within your PayPal account OR try another credit/debit card to process the payment.
